based on Google Maps API, very clean output
but we must check license compatibility
could tweak .js to generate preferences it from w4os prefs
wouldn't it expose some confidential data like db passwords?

Otherwise, start from http://www.nsl.tuis.ac.jp/xoops/modules/xpwiki/?OpenSim%2FMoneyServer%2FHelper%20Script or another php based project
