Create 'approve visit request' page (admin side)

Create an admin page that lists all the pending visit requests.

This page should:

• List all the scheduled visit dates and times for the next seven days.
• Allow OCCC staff to approve the associated visit request.
• Provide a checkbox to indicate if a text message notification should be sent.
• If denied, provide a field where OCCC staff can indicate why the request was denied.
• Upon submission, send a text message (if desired) indicating either that the request was approved or, if denied, include the text explanation provided by OCCC staff.
