ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B firmware installation failed

Perform all steps below and tick them with [x]

• Reproduce the issue and describe all steps
  I press the (boot) button of my ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B
  I connect my ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B to my PC (usb -> usb-c)
  I release the (boot) button of my ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B
  I uninstall the firmware with this tool: flash_download_tool_3.9.7.exe , I empty the memory (purge)
  I reinstall with this tool: flash_download_tool_3.9.7.exe with this firmware; ESP32_GENERIC_S3-SPIRAM_OCT-20241129-v1.24.1
  I unplug ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B
  I plug ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B back in
  ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B disconnects and reconnects and I am unable to use it

Describe the bug

ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B disconnects and reconnects and I am unable to use it
I think the firmware installation is a failure
I think I don't have the right firmware
I installed the test firmware that serves as a demo and here it is; ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-4.3B-Test and it didn't work
My driver to communicate with ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B is; CH340

history of the elements that led to this problem

I erased the firmware with esptool.py the ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B

I installed the firmware ESP32_GENERIC_S3-20241129-v1.24.1 with esptool.py
then nothing worked anymore

Expected behavior

be able to create a hello world program on ESP32-S3-Tactile-LCD-4.3B
