The delphes job options takes ~50 lines to configure the output tools. It's good to have them configurable, but I think also that having the current configuration as default makes sense for productions, which should use the same conventions. This probably requires adding a few more tools definitions, I'm not sure how best to do it without a lot of code duplication.

Needs new Gaudi version with fixed ToolHandleArray.
