Ruleset logic: Rules don't automatically fail if they're missing a config variable, like they do for input variables #12

If you try to process a ruleset and are missing an input variable, it throws an error.

Generally, this is the case for configs too, but a few of them (parent_caretaker_relative_spouse, for example) don't throw errors. I suspect this is based on whether or not they're actually used in calculating a determination or calculated variable.

Either way: The behavior should be that the ruleset checks for valid presences and info for each input and config, and raises an error if something's missing.
