hirt.convolutionreverb~ instance name not recognized on patch loading in Max 9

On updating to Max 9, I'm seeing that in the Max console, the name I've given to my instance of hirt.convolutionreverb~ is not recognized when the patch is loaded. I'm able to use the loaded hirt.convolutionreverb~ instance, though.

I've updated to 2.1.1 via the Max package manager (from 2.1.0), and there's no change in behavior. Is this something you've encountered in your Max 9 testing?

While some of my patches are encountering audio interrupts and glitching in Max 9, I've ruled out the convolution reverb as a cause. The instance name is still not recognized on load, though.
