[Bug] *155 类似问题，然而全英文路径 #207

问题描述 | Bug Description
路径问题仍然与155 类似，是中文目录问题报错。
我已经通过管理员程序更改目录路径为全英文，删除了零协会外置汉化，将屏幕尺寸修改为1200900，并重启至内置语言为English。
但是程序依旧报错为“请更换至全英文目录”，以下是截图与问题的logs
