Description
What is the QC term's name?
Mass Resolving Power for MS/MS measurement
Briefly describe the QC term.
Frequently, users will employ a different resolution of measurement at MS and MS/MS levels. This term is specific to MS/MS scans, including those collected under both DDA and DIA acquisition strategies. It is intended for reporting on a collection of spectra, such as all measurements in a particular DIA isolation window or MS/MS scans acquired for a particular step in the method during a DDA experiment. The corresponding term MS:1000800 is not specific to MS or MS/MS levels.
What is the QC term's unit?
It is a ratio: "The observed mass divided by the difference between two masses that can be separated: m/dm."
Value type
MS:4000004 ! n-tuple
Describe any additional information.
The intended use of this metric in DIAMeter will be to supply a vector of mass resolving powers, each corresponding to a different isolation window of a DIA method. DIAMeter will reuse MS:1000800 for reporting configured MS1 mass resolving power.
