Briefly describe the QC term.

While MS:4000060 can report the total number of MS/MS scans acquired in a LC-MS/MS run, it is not intended to report a vector of MS/MS scan counts. DIAMetric reports the number of MS/MS scans for each isolation window employed in a DIA experiment, so it needs to be able to report a vector of these counts. It is intended that the sum of this vector will equal the count of MS/MS scans for the entire LC-MS/MS run.
