Update ChEMBL target and ChEMBL compound ontology terms in the OLS

Hi Luana,

Please can you update the search-url for ChEMBL Targets and ChEMBL compounds in the obo file.

chembl target search url: https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/psi-mi-CV/blob/master/psi-mi.obo#L11380
chembl compounds search url: https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/psi-mi-CV/blob/master/psi-mi.obo#L7583

The search-url is currently set as ‘http://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembldb/index.php/compound/inspect/$%7Bac%7D’, and needs to be updated to ‘https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/target_report_card/$%7Bac%7D’ for both terms.
