What steps will reproduce the problem?

Go to Language & Frameworks -> PHP -> Quality tools -> Psalm -> and add a new configuration based on Docker interpreter

What is the expected result?
Psalm validation button should work or return a reasonable configuration error

What happens instead?
It looks like invalid argument is passed to Psalm CLI
