article.cls not found - after few moments of suing intellij, windows (bug report but.. it's not)

So, I had problem with article.cls not found. It was underlined red and showed as error.
But, while I was working on reproducing error, it disappeared from main file. All I did was opening new file, and click class ikon there.
I already did it before, and it didn't help, at least not for long. Indexing WAS done, I already Invalidated caches few times.

Any idea what happened? Under... Not finished bug report.

What I did (steps to reproduce)

create new document and write something inside it

Minimal example to reproduce the problem

\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
    
\end{document}

Expected behavior

article.cls is indexed and 'article' is not underlined

Actual behavior

'article' has a red underline

additional information

• It compiles without any errors, either with minimal example or full document.

• I did not have this problem few weeks ago. It appeared first on freshly installed latex and IntelliJ on laptop. I didn't have it on desktop, so I was sure I just made some mistake with paths.
  After a while it appeared on desktop too. I didn't use it for few weeks, so I can't exactly pinpoint right moment. I think it was already there in 0.9.7 version of Texify.

• Now, funny part. During my testing, I found, that it actually fully work at the start, at least with newly created documents.

As shown in the picture, there is no red underline, and I can click little "C" on the side bar to inspect package. It opens article.cls

Thanks for reporting this. If the issue is not consistent, I think you might be running into #3653, which will be fixed in 0.9.9. It should already be fixed in the latest alpha versions, see the documentation on how to install a pre-release version.

I didn't report this as a bug because, in the end, I couldn't reproduce it. I posted an unfinished note here to see what others think about it.

And yes, it's not consistent. Today, I was working on my project without any issues at first, but then... article.cls not found appeared again.

I mean, it compiles and works, so it's not a major problem, but it's definitely annoying. Unfortunately, I couldn't get rid of it today.

I'm a little lost about why it appeared, disappeared, and then reappeared. I'll try installing a new version tomorrow.

Hello.
First of all, sorry, I couldn't find time to do download new version to check it.
But now, when 0.9.9 is live and I went back to my project, it's perfectly working (so far) without annoying red underline.
