Total Checks Item Tracker sub-window has odd visual behavior when docked to other windows || Can't be set to Floating separately from Item Tracker #4760

The Total Checks sub-window seems to have mainly been designed with Floating mode in mind, and as a result, the window looks a bit odd when in Windowed mode, which cannot be toggled separately from the Windowed/Floating mode of the Item Tracker as a whole. When Total Checks is docked below another window, as shown in the video, there is a segment between the tab bar and the window itself that creates a Hall of Mirrors effect, or Solitaire effect, when anything is drawn over it. This section is removed if the Tab bar for the window is hidden, however.
