Track weight of crops donated per day per garden

GardenHub wants the ability to know the amount of food they donate. At the end of the day, pickers weigh each crop they harvested and need a place to input the weight of each crop they harvested for that day.

I suggest we create a new model to store this information, and link a form from the pickers' homescreen allowing them to track this.
