Register with x402 Bazaar (discovery layer)

Context

The x402 Bazaar is the discovery layer for the x402 ecosystem — a machine-readable catalog that helps developers and AI agents find and integrate with x402-compatible API endpoints and MCP tools.

What it does

API sellers register their x402-enabled endpoints in the Bazaar. AI agents and developers can then discover paid APIs by searching the catalog.

What we need to do

1. Register the Hathor weather API demo (api.x402.hathor.dev) in the Bazaar
2. Include Hathor as a supported network in the Bazaar
3. Ensure our 402 responses are compatible with Bazaar's expected format

This is a post-production task

The Bazaar registration should happen after:

• The scheme is registered with coinbase/x402 (Register hathor-escrow and hathor-channel schemes with x402 ecosystem #6)
• The protocol headers are aligned with V2 (Align payment header with x402 V2 spec (PAYMENT-SIGNATURE) #2, Add PAYMENT-RESPONSE header on 200 responses #3, Add x402Version field to all protocol messages #4)
• A production facilitator is running
