I think https://github.com/haxefoundation/haxe#version-compatibility needs either a refresh by adding information about php/java/c#/etc version compatibility or being entirely removed maybe ?

3.4.0 supports both PHP 5.1 and PHP 7.0 (with -D php7 flag)
