Files deleting themselves from folder

When I follow the instructions in the description, gfwl continues to crash after deleting the files from the mentioned folder. Nothing changes. I can re-copy the files as many times as I'd like and it won't change.

Basically, installing two msi's (gfwlclient & xliveredist) is enough for working, checked on Kane&Lynch: Dead Men
