A full php based FileStream Class with functions, near enough clone of my EndianIO Library for C# :)

I am still pondering what to write in regards to unicode string support, leave it with me and ill get back to with a solution soonish ;)
The current version is 0.1a Beta, it will remain that way until version 0.2.
