Popup Keys for Period Key Not Respecting Locale Definitions

The popup keys for the period key are not following the popup_keys defined under locale_key_texts for non-Latin languages.
Example for Bangla (Bangladesh);

2. Long press the period key ( । )
3. See custom defined period key popups are not showing.
