Fix Reversed Functionality of Next and Back Buttons in Testimonials Section

Description:
In the Testimonials section, the Next and Back buttons currently perform the opposite of their intended functions:
Clicking Next shows the previous testimonial.
Clicking Back shows the next testimonial.
This behavior is confusing to users and does not follow standard UX expectations.

Expected Behavior:
Next button should move forward to the next testimonial.
Back button should return to the previous testimonial.

Steps to Reproduce:
Scroll to the Testimonials section.
Click the Next button and observe that it shows the previous testimonial.
Click the Back button and observe that it shows the next testimonial.
