Classifier or tool to perform the semantic segmentation on labelled data

I have my point clouds annotated but the popular 3D semantic segmentation libraries seem to need the data to be in a specific format of other public datasets like shape-net. I'm looking at open3Dml but how is everyone else using their annotated point clouds ?
