https://draftable.com/rest-api looks promising.
They also got a Python-pacakge https://github.com/draftable/compare-api-python-client/blob/main/README.md

We discussed in our daily 2021-02-15 that this might be useful to provide a feed for our customers to check for changes.

man kann die draftable API auch direk tmit einem link versorgen. Das erzeugt eine Comparison-ID die man dann abspeichern könnte.

@HF-CPinternagel found out, that we coudl create a permalink for a diff:

in den neuen PDF-Vergleichstool, das ich gefunden hab, gibts sogar die Möglichkeit das Ergebnis per Link zu teilen: https://draftable.com/compare/dPZdMjpGTixF
