Mod not working

everytime it boots it says [Warning:LethalExpansion(core)] LethalExpansion is Rooting the Plugins folder, this is not recommended. it makes it whenever we want to land on a custom moon, the game freezes. pls help.

I need a longer log took after the freeze

About the rooting warning, it's better for all mods to be installed in a different subfolder
