Also have a look at https://sites.google.com/site/smartappliancesproject/ontologies for the individual draft ontologies being created by the project for DECT ULE, ECHONET, eDIANA, EnOcean, FAN, FIEMSER, FIPA, Hydra, KNX, Mirabel, OMA Lightweight M2M, OMS, OSGi DAL, PowerOnt (previously SEIPF), SEEMPubs, SEP2, SmartCoDE, UPnP, W3C SSN, and Z-Wave. They are open for comments e.g. with a google account on the google sites itself, or via the linkedin group https://www.linkedin.com/groups/Workshop-Stakeholders-on-Smart-Appliances-7450648 or via the ETSI comments server http://sap.etsi.org/ .
