Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now billboards always rotate to the viewer instantly, which works in most situations. However this is somewhat limiting in some situations. The tool would be even more powerful if the speed could be set by the viewer.
Describe the solution you'd like
When applying the 'billboard' component in the hubs-exporter - a user could apply a 'rotation delay' float value between 0 - ?. This would allow the user to dial in billboarding 'lag'. An example application might be an npc character mode orienting to the viewer. The head might orient towards the viewer almost instantly, while the body is delayed 1 second giving a subtle appearance of life. I'm sure hubs users would have many interesting applications of this (maybe) simple feature.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As of right now I cannot think of any alternatives.
