Migrating to new version starting from scratch

I am migrating a webpage that I had with the old version,(Wowchemy) to Hugo Blox Builder, and except for the content, I have manually modified everything else. Most parts work and display well, but there are certain parts that I cannot migrate:
1.- The "contact" and "tag_cloud" blocks cannot be loaded as they give the error that they cannot be found (e.g., "blox/contact.html" not found).
2.- On the other hand, I have the publications in a "collections" block, and despite adding the filter and the folder, it does not perform any filtering. In the previous version, the filtering by type of publication appeared and also allowed searching among the publications.

I am following the steps and testing the code from the documentation, but I cannot get everything to work correctly.

1. The "contact" and "tag_cloud" blocks are using the Bootstrap style framework so they are incompatible with the Tailwind framework. We are continuously adding new blocks, and contributors in the community are welcome to submit PRs for new Tailwind blocks too. The Markdown block (or custom block) allows HTML content, so it has the flexibility to paste HTML code of any third-party contact form provider you like. The Tag Cloud in Tailwind is replaced with an improved, dedicated Tag page - refer to the Blog template for an example.
2. The Tailwind design uses a more powerful search capability, Page Find, which can be enabled in the header section of the params.yaml file - refer to the Search page of the docs
