Right now they are never blurred

Ok, I implemented this but then remembered why its a bit weird.

If my group has an agreement; don't talk about sports and someone flags it.

Now this post is hidden everywhere. The flaggedGroups array doesn't track if something is flagged because of a platform or a group violation....

Folks will also have their content flagged but won't have a way to access the report, if the flagging happened in a group they are not apart of.
