The minimum host screen width is not fully supported.
Expected Behavior
At our defined minimum resolution the rules should be readable and max player/winning score entry boxes should be usable.
Actual Behavior
At our defined minimum resolution the max player and winning score entry boxes are cut off, as well as a significant portion of the welcome/rules text and one of the carousel cards.

User Story
As a player, I want to be able to host the game on half of a 1360x768 monitor split hamburger style.
Acceptance Criteria:
The game settings component is fully usable at the minimum host screen size
The welcome text/rules are fully readable at the minimum host screen size
