[BUG]: Section of host screen cut off at minimum resolution #328

Description

The minimum host screen width is not fully supported.

Expected Behavior

At our defined minimum resolution the rules should be readable and max player/winning score entry boxes should be usable.

Actual Behavior

At our defined minimum resolution the max player and winning score entry boxes are cut off, as well as a significant portion of the welcome/rules text and one of the carousel cards.

User Story

As a player, I want to be able to host the game on half of a 1360x768 monitor split hamburger style.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The game settings component is fully usable at the minimum host screen size
  • The welcome text/rules are fully readable at the minimum host screen size

Important

  • Please ping CatQueen/Grace in the #QA channel in discord once you make a PR for this bug so I can open another test case ticket for it, so it can be retested to ensure it works post fix.
