Players are getting all gamestate:"connected" messages rather than jus theirs. #338

Players receive every every gamestate: "connnected" update rather than only receiving the update for their join. I.e. the first player to join will receive 4 join messages, if four players join. The second player will receive 3 join messages, etc.
