TROUBLESHOOTING

If you encounter an error while cloning the repo

While following the instructions to clone the repo, you may encounter-

In this case run:

git clone https://github.com/IBM/banking-risk-mitigation-nlu-studio.git

If you encounter an error while logging into your ibmcloud account

You might be using a federated account, run:

ibmcloud login --sso

If you encounter an error while pushing the app

  • You may have not created an NLU service on your IBM Cloud Organisation
  • You may have given a different name in the manifest.yml file under services.
  • Ensure service and application are in the same region.

To troubleshoot your IBM Cloud application, use the logs.

To see the logs, run:

ibmcloud cf logs Client_Network_Banking_V1 --recent
