If the %TEXT value of the %METADATA at the top of a source member has an apostrophe in the text, the creation of the object will fail. For example, if the %TEXT is:

This is Edmund's favorite program.

The creation of the object will fail because of the apostrophe in the text.

Either the apostrophe could be removed when the create process runs, or it can be replaced with two apostrophes, so the apostrophes balance.
