- ✅ Instructions on how to get started with development and contributing to project
- Status: Description exists
- ✅ Website that contains information and documentation of the project
- ✅ Clear release plan
- Status: Clear release plan exists
- ✅ At least one active committer
- Status: There are more than one active commiters
- ✅ - Complete
- 🔶 - Partially complete
- 🔴 - Not complete/started or unknown
A project should have this file copied to GRADUATION_STATUS.md at the top-level.
Projects self-report their status though IBMStreams admins may override any status.
