Error using parpool message using MATLAB2023a #4

I just updated to MATLAB2023a from MATLAB2021 and I am getting Error using parpool message even when I use routines that were working with MATLAB2021. My computer runs on Centos Linux with 32 cores and 124GB of memory, but I had a similar issue on my Windows machines earlier. Please advise me on how to solve this issue.
