Algorithm Description:

Requirements:

It takes about 10 minutes to create the pointing frame kernel for 1 year. Ideally it would be great to be able to append to it for every new ck that arrives. However, there is a complication in that the historical values for the cks may change. We need to think about how we want to handle cks changing and generating this pointing frame kernel. This will affect every ENA team.
