IONOS(build): install original packages for cypress-snapshot job

currently packages
@mdi/svg
@nextcloud/vue
vue-material-design-icons
are customized by as.

In order for cypress job to finish we replace the packages with original ones from stable30 https://github.com/nextcloud/viewer/blob/stable30/package.json
