Auto switching blockchain
add to top of page selector of available chains
add to switch Metamask when chain changed and adding of chain if still not in wallet (as in https://github.com/SVET-Rating/SvetCrowndSale01/blob/5e8ad1b39ecb4ecbdddea131b14e7650d2ade91d/src/api/chain.js#L73)
