DIP-ROS

ROS1 wrapper package for Diver Interest via Pointing for LoCO AUV

Place pointing_bbox_yaw_pitch_ctr_pid_params.yaml in target_following/data foder on AUV to use with AUV control. PID parameters are for a small object and slower AUV movement.
