outputs not updated properly when drag-and-dropping files

Long Story Short
When trying to drag and drop a file in the file explorer within sim4life.io, I encountered an unusual behavior where the outputs UI is not updated as it usually would be when files are placed directly into the respective output folder. I tested it in other services, and the issue seems to come up consistently.

I recorded the behavior and the steps to reproduce it.
