As an approver I want better logic and clearer messaging when clicking on Approve or Decline links in an email notification for a booking request that has since been edited, canceled or declined.

• the link should open a web page with the message "This request has been edited and resubmitted for approval."
• the web page should not show an Approve or Decline button

2. if the request has since been canceled:

• the link should open a web page with the message "This request has been canceled."
• the web page should not show an Approve or Decline button.

3. if the request has since been declined:

• the link should open a web page with the message "This request has already been declined."
• the web page should not show an Approve or Decline button.
