Clearing completed tasks

When I add tasks to the list and check some as completed when I use the clear button to clear all checked or completed tasks, some unchecked(uncompleted tasks) are cleared as well. Consider addressing the issue by using git bisect to see which commit introduced the bug.

I think it has to do with the way data is set and retrieved from local storage.
