IA2 API: changes to consider #200

When documenting that IA2 API, I noticed a lot of the wrapped APIs do not use "get", essentially, only the MSAA APIs do. I think we should remove get to be as close to the API as possible (essentially, unless there is a reason to veer from the API like in the mac case or providing a helper function, stick to the API)
Also think about the "GetRelations" help funciton.
