When someone creates a PR, by default they're note entitled to set a reviewer. So it'd be helpful to set some reviewer(s) by default.

See https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners#example-of-a-codeowners-file for how that could be achieved.

When I filed #95 it didn't receive feedback for one and a half week.
