USB permissions requested evey time Vision is connected, ignoring the "use as default" checkbox

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch wolvic with the Vision Glass already connected
2. Accept the "Wired Projection" prompt dialog.
3. Check the "Use by default for this USB device" checkbox in the USB permission prompt dialog
4. Accept the "USB permissions" dialog to grant Wolvic access the Vision Glass device
5. Disconnect the USB cable from the phone
6. Connect the USB cable to the phone

Current Behavior

The USB permission prompt dialog is launched again, offering (again) to use this app as default

Expected Behavior

Wolvic has already been granted to access this device and assigned as its default application. Given that no other app has requested permissions, the USB permission prompt dialog shouldn't appear again.
