Decorative magic desks

A player has petitioned for magic desks to be allowed as decorations in housing, naming an already known house that has one.

I have included a check for desks to be rendered non-functional by adding a "decorative" data value to the item.

This decorative value has been added to the one existing magic desk in housing as a temporary or permanent measure, depending on the team verdict.

To do:

• Verify with team whether to allow magic desks as a decoration in housing; this could set a bad precedent as it is technically a static tool and we do not allow other static tools as decorations.

If allowed:

• Add to the housing catalogue with an automatically set "decorative" data value.

If not allowed:

• Replacing the existing case in housing
• Clean up the temporary "decorative" code
