question about non-searchable sources

How do you use non-searchable sources? eg Aptoide, do you need to configure something, like add source/repo? And how are they used, if non-searchable?

You need to use a browser for those. Open the page of the app you want to download, copy the URL and paste it in Obtainium. Then click add and then download. Done :)
