F-droid have been deleting a ton of apps from the site and moving them to f-droid archive hosted at https://f-droid.org/archive/
However apps there aren't supported by obtanium

If I try to add https://f-droid.org/archive/com.projectsexception.myapplist.open_16.apk
I get an error: Not a valid f-droid url

It looks like that archive URL is just a "custom" F-Droid repo. Could you try using the "Override Source" option and picking "F-Droid Third Party Repo"?

Not working for me unfortunately.
Might be because the archive doesn't seem to have proper package pages like the official repo
