App freezes for a few seconds when switching to it

Describe the bug

When switching to the app, I often cannot immediately scroll the app list. Obtainium seems to freeze, and I have to wait for some time (I guess about 3–10 seconds) until I can use it.

To Reproduce
The problem is not easy to reproduce as the app does not freeze every time it is opened. It seems that it needs to be running in the background for some time for the behavior to appear. It does neither happen when the app has just been active a few seconds ago nor when it is started for the first time after it was stopped.

1. Have the app running in the background for some time
2. Get the app into foreground by running it from its shortcut or selecting it from the list of open apps
3. Try to interact with the app, e.g. scroll the app list.

There seems to be nothing unusual in the logs.
