Download Notification Progress Bar Stuck

Describe the bug
When attempting to update an app, the notification that typically displays the download progress now only shows an empty progress bar and remains unresponsive.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Obtainium.
2. Attempt to update any app.
3. Observe the download notification progress does not update, and the bar remains empty.

The bug was happening even before, but now it's a little bit annoying tbh
