Stepper: fix the gap between label and indicator

Detailed description of the component, its design and behavior

Currently, the indicator and label are in a wrapper with a width of 100%, so it is up to the user to adjust the gap by putting the component inside a wrapper with a fixed width.
Task is to fix the gap so it's no longer adjusted to its parent wrapper.
