Different vibration pattern for chimes

The hour/half hour chime vibrates once, the same as normal notifications.

Because of this, I either think I have a notification when I don't, or I ignore a notification because I thought it was the chime.

I think it would be nice if we could set the chime to use a different vibration pattern, to avoid confusion with regular notifications.
